Laudato Si’ is an encyclical published by Pope Francis in 2015, emphasizing the crucial need to “care for our common home, ” focusing on the environment and the interconnectedness of all life; urging a moral, Catholic response to these challenges. Julia Steed Mawson and others from the NH Chapter of the Laudato Si’ movement will present on this topic.
Parishioners from Christ the King Parish will also speak on starting a Laudato Si’ Circle in their community.

Sat. Oct. 11 at 6pm: IHM Youth Ministry Haunted Night Out!
All 8-12th graders and parents are invited to join us as we head to Salisbury Woods Haunted Barn and Trail, located at 19 Franklin Rd. in Salisbury NH (17 miles from IHM) on Saturday Oct. 11!
We will meet in the IHM Church Hall at 6pm for Pizza, and then carpool at 6:30pm.

Sunday Oct. 12, 9-10am: OCIA for Adults! Meet in the IHM Parish Center!
Our parish OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults) program has begun! We meet every Sunday from 9-10am in the parish center. It is for adults who are interested in becoming Catholic, or Catholics who may have missed a sacrament such as Confirmation, or those who have been away from the church, or those who would simply like to be updated in their understanding of the faith.

Tuesdays in the IHM parish hall starting Oct. 14th, 6-7:30pm:
While the fireside chats have ended for the season, we will continue to welcome men, women, singles, and married couples to join us on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month!
On the 2nd Tuesdays of the month (Oct. 14), 6-7:30pm: there will be an opportunity for any women interested in crafting to meet while the other men & women join Ed Mullen for a brief teaching and faith sharing. While you are welcome to bring a small snack to share there will be no meal.
On the 4th Tuesday of each month (Oct. 28), 6-7:30pm: we will celebrate a friendship meal where we all come together for fellowship and faith sharing.
